The Cambodians beat Laos 2-1 in the AFF Suzuki Cup 2016

Phnom Penh: The home team of Cambodia has beaten Laos 2-1 in the eyes of tens of thousands of spectators on the opening day of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2016 on Saturday 15 October at the National Stadium in Phnom Penh. 

The first game of the national team led Laos to a 1-0 defeat of AFFF Suzuki Cup 2016. Both teams struggled to impress each other, but the Cambodian team showed good form of play while Laos attempted to defend and defend. However, Cambodia could have scored a goal by striker Monk 7 Mony Udom by a penalty in the 43rd minute of the first leg after the Laos defense team made a mistake in the danger zone.

Interestingly, after the Laos national team match, the home team was able to make the rounds after defeating his side 2-1 in the first leg of the AFC Suzuki Cup 2016 qualifiers. Because next match Cambodia face Timor-Leste and Brunei, which is lower than Cambodia. 

Around the losing league, the coach said that the game was really good, enthusiastic and full of fans. His side in the first 10 minutes of the first and second half of the second period lost their title, which led his team to lose to Cambodia with a slim shot. 

The best ranking teams will go to the AFF Suzuki Cup 2016 with seven other teams in the region who are sitting in the group stage. For provisional rankings, Cambodia and Brunei are at the top of the standings after three points, while Timor Leste and Laos are still at the bottom.
